How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data is removed within 30 days.

How do I cancel my Milestride+ subscription?

Subscriptions are billed via Apple or Google, so cancellation is done in your store account, not in our app:

• iOS: Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → tap Milestride+ → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Open Google Play → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Milestride+ → Cancel subscription.

How do I export my data?

Open any activity → tap the share icon → Export GPX. To export everything in bulk, email [email protected].

The GPS distance looks wrong

Try the following:

• Make sure Location → Always permission is granted.
• Start your workout outdoors with a clear view of the sky.
• Disable battery saver mode on Android.
• Update to the latest version of Milestride.

If the problem persists, please contact us with the activity ID (visible on the activity detail screen).

Heart-rate monitor doesn't connect

Make sure Bluetooth permission is granted, the device is charged, and the device supports the standard heart-rate profile (GATT 0x180D). Most Polar, Garmin and Wahoo straps work; older proprietary protocols do not.

Apple Health sync isn't working

Open Settings → Apple Health in Milestride → tap Disconnect, then reconnect. Verify that all permission switches in the Health app are turned on (Settings app → Health → Data Access & Devices → Milestride).

I want to report a bug or suggest a feature

I want to report objectionable content from another user

In the activity detail screen, tap the ⋯ menu → Report. We review all reports within 24 hours. You can also block a user from their profile screen.
